Managed server conditions

Supported operating systems Linux Debian (stable versions in production). Any of the servers can be delivered with Windows Server, Plesk or Cpanel as a virtual manager, the added cost of the licenses, depending on the versions (please consult us).
• Features offered may vary depending on the availability, although they will always be of equal or superior performance.
• Managed servers; Maintenance is included of the operating system, manager of virtual, libraries, backups and security of the server (any other work is not included).
• Includes free of charge 4 backup restorations per year (not cumulative).
• The server does not include load balancing or high availability, if you need some of these services, please consult us before ordering.
• Any additional work, as support on the content managers, can be ordered at a cost of 88€ + VAT / hour
• Includes free backup in an external server.
• Setup and server configuration: 49€ + VAT (one payment) Free when contracting with annual payment. Installation time can be up to 10 days (normally between 1 and 5 days).
• Payment terms:
  No refunds are allowed for unearned periods, contracts are understood closed for the contracted periods (1 month, 3 months or 1 year). In case of cancellation of the service due to violation of the terms of use (e.g. by sending spam or hosting illegal content intentionally), No refunds will be made for fees already paid.
• The SLA included is 24h (guaranteed response time, the time resolution depends on the type of incident).

Additional mail quota

Pricing for extending the email quota on virtual servers without changing hosting plans. (The same form of payment already contracted applies).

• For every GB: 0.63 euro; + VAT

Backup restoration

In case of loss or damage attributable to the operation of Intervia, data (pages and databases), but restoration at the customer's request costs 24,00€ + VAT for each restoration.
*One free data restoration per year.

Saved copies

• We keep backups of the web pages and data bases, 7 daily, 4 weekly and 12 monthly.
• We keep backups in two servers on different datacenters.
